We recently read excerpts from a fascinating interview with Environmental Defense Fund scientists regarding ongoing efforts to overhaul the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA). The TSCA is intended to protect consumers (and has obviously failed to do so) from harmful chemicals in all sorts of products, including children’s gear.
